Refund policy

Returns are accepted in the following circumstances:

If an item is found to be damaged upon arrival please email us immediately to to arrange a return and refund.

If you decide within 7 days that you wish to return the item please email us to discuss a possible exchange or return / refund. No returns can be accepted after a 14 day period has elapsed.
